Basma for relief and development Basma for relief and development (BRD) is a Syrian nonprofit organization, that works to create, study and implement development and relief projects. The main aim of these projects is to provide services to help civilians and families who have been affected by crises. BRD was established on the 1st of July 2013 and is officially registered in Turkey and Jordan. Basma is not belonging to any military or political party and commits to neutrality in the provision of services. Basma for relief and development delivers the services for the Most needed people as well as for the people who are living in affected areas. Basma strives through its programs and projects, to enhance social welfare for the people who have suffered and are still suffering from the effects of war or crises.
